Speaker Qualification and Participation Guidelines

The Institute for Scientific and Engineering Research (ISER) invites academicians, researchers, scholars, and professionals to participate as speakers at its academic conferences and research events. Speaker sessions provide an opportunity for experts to present research findings, discuss emerging developments, and exchange knowledge with participants from universities, research institutions, and industry organizations.

These sessions aim to encourage meaningful academic dialogue and promote collaboration across scientific and engineering disciplines.

Who May Apply as a Speaker

You may apply to become a speaker if you:

  • Are a faculty member, researcher, postgraduate scholar, or industry professional
  • Possess expertise in a relevant scientific, engineering, or academic field
  • Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or an equivalent degree
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills
  • Have an interest in presenting research findings, innovations, or professional experiences
Previous speaking experience at conferences is beneficial but not mandatory.

Role of Speakers at ISER Conferences

Speakers selected for the conference will:

  • Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during the assigned session
  • Share research insights, innovative solutions, or professional experiences
  • Participate in discussion sessions and Q&A interactions
  • Contribute to the overall academic exchange within the conference program

Expectations from Selected Speakers

Once selected, speakers are expected to:

  • Submit a short abstract or presentation topic summary for review
  • Provide presentation slides and a brief speaker profile within the specified timeline
  • Ensure that the submitted content is original and academically appropriate
  • Follow the conference schedule and presentation guidelines shared by the organizing committee
  • Attend a technical briefing session if the presentation is conducted virtually
